Easy to use

It’s extremely helpful. I find her techniques are right on the money and work. Been using her cassettes from anxiety and depression for over 10 years I believe. Wanted from panic to power because she refers to it a lot and I knew it also be very helpful, and it has. My 37 year old daughter has been using her also for years. I haven't used it yet because right now I'm going through the anxiety program with Lucinda Bassett. But If the panic to power is as good as the axniety program. Then I'd give it a thumbs up.

Panic to Power

Best CD ever, extremely helpful. Ms Bassett really knows what she's talking about having experienced the episodes of anxiety etc.
