Didi Conn is adorable. This book is adorable. It contains the backstory and many behind-the-scenes stories from the making of Grease, the 1978 sing-along smash. Did you know that Doody chafed his groin while being suspended from wires for the "Beauty School Dropout" number? Did you know that Cha Cha is a deeply spiritual woman? Did you know that the luscious Marty Maraschino had never acted before? That Edd Byrnes was a former rock idol? That Eddie Deezen has a pet chinchilla? Named Roscoe?? Fergodsake??? Did you care? I purchased Frenchy's Grease Scrapbook for my daugter. It was for her 5th birthday. We had the Grease theme for the party so this was a perfect gift.
