Just Plain Excellent !!

I ran across a very early edition 15 years ago, and it was the most helpful Cookbook ever!!..Recently a friend who is beginning a culinary position was asking some questions..I looked up and found this edition at an unbelievable savings!!...I bought it for her, and she was ecstatic at the wealth of info..in fact, I also bought an upgraded version for myself :)!!! Should be on every cook, and chef's library..

Better than I thought

Excellent condition, I had the old edition however nice getting a newer edition. Full information for amounts for large party. It been my work Bible for many years. Newer version come with a CD rom

Food For Fifty by Mary K Molt is a classic food prep textbook.

This book is awesome, I cook for around 50 people a day so the recipes really fit my needs.
