Works okay for 1997 7 series BMWs.
As expected the 5 and a quarter speakers are a quarter inch too small for the rear mounts, requiring you to use wire or zip ties to secure them, but if you have an older BMW, and want something that gives excellent sound, than these little guys work miracles. The factor speakers I had were blown out. The rubber had completely disintegrated, and the sound was awful. After I put these guys in, the entertainment system sounded like it was brand new. My only criticism is that I don't recall seeing any kind of splicing kit that came with these, so I had to make do with the existing wires, and crimp on some leads, but there was enough wire to work with. will ot exact fit 2007 Chevy Aveo front doors.
The speakers were a bit large for the Chevy Aveo front door area mounting plate but I improvised and modified the black mounting ring of the OEM speaker mount! after that they fit well but not perfect!Lire l'avis complet...

Quality at a great price and plug and play if you order with the OEM harness adapter.
The 5.25" Harmony HA-R5 speakers actually measured 4.75" across and were smaller than the Chrysler 5.25" OEM. That said the speakers were a direct fit, screwed right in, and the sound is excellent. The harness made changing them a breeze and in this 94 LHS took me less than 10 minutes to change both. Pay attention
It does not fit the older models. The connectors in the car are different than those on their speakers. Size is right, electrical connections are not.

Great Speakers / Wrong Description
These 5 1/4" speakers are for the "Floor or Footwell" of a BMW Z3 - NOT the "Door" as in their description.
I reported this to the manufacturer.
I used them anyhow in the footwell and they fit and wound great.

Underwhelming performance
Very weak sound. Maybe these need an amplifier. Powered by just a head unit, these are not suited to be used as rear speakers.
