Overall i am happy with the product. Its not that accurate for sleep cycles, but Im sure its not meant to be since it has limits for being a wrist watch

Wrist band won’t attach
We tried to switch the wrist band as soon as we received the Fitbit. Unfortunately one of the the holes where the band attaches was so worn down that the new band would not stay in. The old band would not reattach well either. The Fitbit isn’t usable if it can’t be worn. Lire l'avis complet...

I’ve embraced exercise last couple of years… currently training to do a 100 mile bike ride in a day and it’s nice to track my exercise heart rate and calorie burn! The sleep monitoring is an added bonus… I think it underestimates the elliptical for me when I have the machine cranked up to levels above 12….
