Touching Masterpiece

This film deals with death, parenting and how to move on from tragedy. Granted, Marlin did just justification for his over-protective nature but, as he learns throughout the story, Nemo wouldn't have been captured, let alone touched the bottom of the boat as quickly as he did if he hadn't told him that he can't do anything he says he can do in front of his friends. That, and that letting nothing happen bad to Nemo will only result in nothing happening to him. And that's not a good thing either. Nemo is a scream! Ellen Degeneres rocks, nonstop laughs

A girlfriend told me this is one of the best kid's movies because of Ellen deGeneres as the voice of one of the main characters. She's right, it's not just a kid's film, adults can delight in Ellen's wacky constant running ad-libs that are hilarious.
It's also wonderful in presenting the child's point of view as being right and justified: a loving but too fearful and overprotective parent HAS to learn to let go a little, and trust his son a little, so the boy can grow up.

Best of all, it's an accurate view of the magnificent Australian Barrier Reef and all its riot of color and natural beauty in all the 10,000++ species of underwater life. You & I may never get to travel there, but this movie brings it into the living room!Lire l'avis complet...

Finding Nemo = Finding a Great Deal!!

The movie is great...VERY funny! I bought it for my grandmother who has been quite depressed recently because she fell and broke her wrist, and basically cannot drive herself anywhere. She loves these animated movies and it cheered her up!

What a great way to spend a hot afternoon, enjoying a movie that did not cost much at all and I received it QUICKLY! I love using E-Bay and continue to recommend it to everyone I know.

Finding Nemo...is an all around GREAT family movie!

My family LOVED this movie. My two year old thought the talking fish's were funny and my 7 year old LOVED how the fish all worked together. My husband and I both were thrilled when our two little ones wre both into it. We couldn't keep our eyes off it either. We felt like it showed friendship, family vaules, and other great aspects of everyday life and living. We all need to losen up alittle with our kiddos and let them "swim" out on their own at some point. (of course not at their ages now) but at some point. This is HIGHLY reccomended to all familes. Letting go

The movie tells an inspiring story about letting go of fear to enjoy the beauties of life. A father loses his wife and children except one. Nemo. He has a little fin, which he doesn't believe is a defect but a distinction. His father however, believes that his fin is a flaw and he could only go so far. So out of anger Nemo goes and touches a boat. A forbidden thing. He gets captured and this is where the journey begins. A great family story filled with humour and heart warming moments. First movie/first word

My grandsons first word was "Memo" for Nemo and at 3 he would actually put this movie in the VCR himself and turn it on (and would cry if it was not rewound as he did not know how to work that feature) Our entire family found this movie to be a wonderful story with great scenery/graphics. We had to get a fish tank and some gold colored Platys (of course ALL 4 named Nemo) and the movie was replaced twice as he wore it out. He is now 6 years old and his baby brother- at 19 months- has dicovered "Memo" too. (we also have 100's of Platys-LOL)Lire l'avis complet...
