Fit the body after a bit of routing.
Now I see what the difference is between Fender & tremolo copies are of the Jazzmaster. I had to rout an additional 5/8 x 5/8 inch to allow for the lockout tremolo slider to fit. But that is all...fit great after that. Apparently a lot of people don't know that these Fender Jazzmaster Tremolo's had a tremolo lockout and never used it. That is what I have read at least, but you know the internet....everyone has something to say....even if no intelligence is involved in it. I never dealt with a Jazzmaster Tremolo from Fender until this new build I am working on, So I now see the difference. Brand new and exactly what I wanted, and with as fast as it shipped who could complain? Have a Fender or even a Squier Jaguar or Jazzmaster, then I highly advise you to snag one of these. For the money a great tremolo. I don't have a lot of experience to compare with other Jazzmaster tremolos but it is a lot nicer than I had expected. Finish is nice, it fit well, and the included arm makes it a bargain.Lire l'avis complet...

Fender Jazzmaster/Jag Trem assy.
Got this for a Squier 60's Classic Vibe or whatever they call it. It's a good guitar, but the trem was a bit flakey. This was a perfect drop-in replacement that seems a bit better quality and has the lock button.
