Up until I heard one of the songs from this CD played on Pandora I had never heard of this Canadian group. It has quite a few songs on it that will stay in your head quite awhile. They are extremely hard to describe. Thought I heard a little influence from Garbage on one or two songs. I have over 2000 CDs, albums, cassettes LPs etc and I still can't pin them down but I DEFINITELY LIKE what I hear!Lire l'avis complet...

My daughter likes the group but had none of their CD's, so it was purchased as a present, she prefers digipac as she just tosses the plastic cases into recycling anyway. I also have enjoyed listening to their music now that we have it in our home.Lire l'avis complet...

not their best effort

i'm a huge fan of emily haines and metric. their first 3 albums are stellar. this one has some gems, but some are repetitive pop songs with shallow lyrics. i had never had the urge to hit "skip song" until this album.Lire l'avis complet...

Great album

Every track on this album is excellent. Some of them tend to blend into each other and sound similar, but they still sound superb and don't detract from the sound of the album in general.

Exquisite way of music, this canadian group really knows how to compose music just like Brittish ones. Perfect, perfect, they are even more than the Combat Baby release, wow.
