I took a long time comparing lighted magnifying travel mirrors, and this one beat them all. The batteries are easy to open and replace; the light switch is easy to find and is recessed enough that it doesn't turn itself on in a crowded bag; the mirror is larger than most of the competitors; and the 10x is perfect for me to apply eye makeup without my glasses. I was worried that the 10x side wasn't lit, but it turns out that the light from below works even better for tweezing those stray hairs. I bought this for travel, but it turns out I use it every day.
