Big is not Mega

These new Pro Series II rockets are half the size of the original ones and can not be used for your high powered certification. The difference in the name says it all. This is the Der BIG Red Max and not the Der MEGA Red Max. Also, it has a plastic parachute and the fins are a single plane of balsa but come in segments that need to be glued along the thin edge to make a single fin. Not as durable and I would recommend epoxy as wood glue will not hold up... Still a great rocket from Estes.Lire l'avis complet...

Big version of a classic favorite!

Big and cool-looking as always. My only disappointment was the shortage of decals that are normally included in the smaller red max kits. Other than that it was an easy, quality build that looks great! Lire l'avis complet...

Estes Der Big Red Max 9721

This is your typical Estes mid-range rocket kit with the familiar style, easy to follow Estes instructions. The extra large wrap decal is a bit tricky. Rocket enthusiasts will like this kit.

Der great rocket

This is a great Estes kit. I wish it was a re-issue of the original Giant Red Max which was a bit larger, but th is will do. Highly recommend.
