Oils for Beginners

This is not what is expected, it does have hundreds of receipts, but I was looking for recipes for roller balls or diffuser
I don't have time to mix recipes that call for me to soak a wash rag and apply to my face or lay in a shower or soak my feet. I find this to be a waste of oils to mix bowls to soak cloths or cotton balls to dab on my face, arms, legs or feet. This is probably a very good book but not for meLire l'avis complet...

Very Good, helpful book

I had read on several websites that this was one of the best books for beginers to aromatherapy. I was excited to find it for such a great price. The book has everything, a beginer needs, from cleaning supplies, to bathing scents, to what scents mix well w/ one another. It details many differant scents & what they are good for. It even gives advice what to look out for when purchasing oils. I dog eared many pages of this book, just so I could reference it again. It's very useful & a great buy!Lire l'avis complet...
