Big disappointment

Have read all of Fannie Flagg's books and this one was a real disappointment. Not nearly as good as her other books. Not funny at all and really weird story line.

Fascinating story

This is a fictional account of the growth of a town in Missouri. Time frame is from 1889 to 2021. Characters tell the town's story from different time periods. Very well done. Some humor and mystery. It is a very enjoyable book.Lire l'avis complet...

If you fell in love with the people of Elmwood Springs like I did ... you will want to read this book !!!
It’s starts at how the name of the town got it’s name and the early settlers... and you will once again meet some favorite people but when they were kids...
