No need to use the large plug
The cable is much better than the large plug an makes it easy to route the cable out of the way. I do wish the fuse was on the other end so that I could shorten the cable.

Hardwire to a fuse
Instead of the cigarette lighter you can hide the wire and run the wire under the dash to a fuse that only goes on when the ignition is turned on.I use this on 2 of my vehicle's and my brother's truck.Lire l'avis complet...

I use to replace the plug in cord on my auto mount. Nice NOT having the cord hanging out of the lighter in the dash.
