Top and bottom of ring has no air output

Just received mine yesterday. I noticed the top and bottom of the ring has no air coming out. Only the left and right edges have air output. Is that normal? My friend has a AM09 which seem to have the same ring, and it does have air coming out from the top and bottom.Lire l'avis complet...

Does not pair

Product does not connect to mobile device (tried 4 different devices). Reached out immediately after receiving the product. It has been a couple of weeks and the issue is still not resolved.
