Great product - Open box not so good.
The product itself turns out to be a great product. It was easy to install in only a few minutes, and it leaves brilliant red laser dot aimed at a specific spot on my dashboard. The one I bought here was an "open box" item. It didn't have any instructions or manual so I am a little unclear on how some features are supposed to work. I loaded three fully charged batteries in it and it doesn't do anything at all unless I plug in the AC adapter. Only one of the two LEDs works in this one. This would have been a disappointment if I needed it for two cars. One working laser works fine for me. The other thing that doesn't work is the motion detector. It is supposed to go to sleep until it detects motion, i.e. a car entering the garage. If this product worked the way it is supposed to new from the factory, it would be a very nice addition to any garage. Features are two lasers (one for each bay), motion detection, and is supposed to work on either battery power or AC adapter. Now that I know it's an assumably good product, I might contact the manufacturer to order a new one that works the way it is supposed to.Lire l'avis complet...
