Very good Bruce Lee Story

I really like this movie about Bruce Lee's life. The only thing that is kind of bugging me is the picture adjustment. I have to adjust the aspact ratio to make it widescreen at 4:3 and crop it at 16:9 to have to perfect. I don't have a real dvd player just a external DVD drive to plug in a desktop or laptop and i use vlc player on my desktop processor to watch movies, tv shows and personal videos i downloaded from youtube.Lire l'avis complet...

Very, VERY Good DVD Movie and Special Features

It is interesting how the producers came up with the script telling the story of Bruce Lee. This DVD has special features on it that adds additional info about Bruce. His wife, Linda, is in it. She speaks briefly in it.

I find it interesting the great lengths those producers went through to find the right actor to portray Bruce in the right light. For me, and I'm sure many others, Bruce is inspiring and I enjoy being reminded what I can do because of what he went through and accomplished in his life.

I highly recommend this DVD if you are a BIG follower of Bruce!Lire l'avis complet...

Dragon: Bruce Lee Story

I had seen this movie in the theatre when it first came out, and remembered it fondly but had not seen it since. I ordered the movie and anxiously waited for it to arrive. When I recieved the movie I watched it immediately. It was just as good as I remembered. Jason Scott Lee does an admirable job of tackling probably the hardest martial artist to portray. Jason does not move as well as bruce, but let's face it- Who does? Jason's portrayal of bruce is much better than other "wanna be Bruces". The story does take a little poetic license with certain events, but that is to be expected for dramatic effect. There is the scene where he is kicked in the back after his confrontation with the fighter from china town. In the movie this is how his back was injured, but people who truly follow Bruce Lee know that his back injury was caused by doing "good morning" exercises with too much weight on his back. Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story

This is one of the Best Stories as well as just a good movie. Whether you are a Bruce Lee fan or not, it tells the story of Struggle, Prejudice, Strength and Love that can and will overcome any obstacle. The story tells of events that cause us to become who and what we are, some of those events we cannot expect or change. The story begins as a young Bruce starts on the path that will give him the tools he needs to fulfill his Path in Life, Love and Death. This is not an easy Film to find, but well worth the effort. If you like any Bruce Lee movies or The Kung Fu TV Series, "The Silent Flute / Circle of Iron" you should enjoy this Film. Jason Scott Lee does an excellent Job as well as the Other Cast Members. It is a 'must watch' movie several times a year! I've loved it since it came out :)! The stars are perfect for the parts! Jason Scott Lee is amazing, playing the part of Bruce Lee (his father)! Love this film.

I had it originally on VHS but the tape had gotten damaged. When I noticed it was on DVD , I bought it. I really like the Bruce lee story and recommend it 👍👍
