Monster high doll

The doll came in its original box but I ended up having to throw it away because her hair is extremely matted and very greasy, which left a nasty stain on the box. I was not aware her hair would come like that and feel a little ripped off spending over $100 for a doll that didn't come a little nicer. I've spent much less on mh dolls that came perfect, so I'm not exactly sure why her hair is the way it is, but it's very gross and I've now got to find a way to fix her hair.
