Fast acting yes. Start with 2 capsules. Recommended with food so it is digested with food more easily.
Within 2 days other areas will start to feel better. By 3 to 4 days the back feels better. 5 to 6 days your legs and sore muscles feel better. For overall health benefits i take 3 per day.

A Good Natural Supplement
I've switched to MSM from the Hyaluronic Acid, which is also a great product. I just wanted the gels with powder instead of the tablet form. I felt it might be better on my digestive system. I believe they both perform about the same. After five to seven days of taking the gels I noticed less swelling or no swelling in joints and therefore less or no pain.
