a little too thick
fit is good easy to set up, but a little thick, I use it at night to keep me from grinding my teeth, and it keeps my jaw a little to open

Like this guard and on my second one.
This is easy to fit when you figure out how long to heat the guard to soften for molding on teeth. Instructions seem to give too short a time for boiling water method. I have never tried microwaving. I especially like that it goes on the lower teeth instead of upper which works well for me.Lire l'avis complet...

Happy with Ora-Guard. One of the few bite guards that does not make me gag. Like the fact that it fits on bottom teeth. Only issue is the section joining the sides becomes hard and brittle and will break if not careful. Lire l'avis complet...

Didn’t stay on
I followed the instructions to the letter but this product would not stay on my teeth. So to me this was a waste of money.
