Some problems, but got it (mostly) working.
Get it if you need it. Dell bungled the last two docking stations for the Precision and other series.
Several negative reviews, some from obvious corporate reviewers with multiple units. Be aware that you could get one with problems. I assume that later updates and FW updates have helped. Dell no longer lists the TB16 on their website for updates. I bought two used units, both claimed to be tested and working. Had problems with both. Seems that power quality could be an issue. One unit would not supply an evident 130w (Bios complained about insufficient power to the laptop), but at work, seems to work fine. I have yet to successfully get both Display ports working simultaneously. I run 1 DP off of the TB16 with HDMI directly off of the laptop. Can successfully drive two high res Samsung UE590 4K displays along with a 4K laptop(Dell 5520), but sometimes have to bring monitors up one at a time, especially after docking and undocking. Power sequencing both on startup and shutdown could also be an issue. Earlier reviews talk about the PowerShare USB 3.0 feature on the front port needing to be shut off.
The TB16 has the most ports(2 DP, 1HDMI, 1 VGA w/several USB 2.0/3.0), but keep in mind potential problems.Lire l'avis complet...

No difference between this and brand new

Very good docking station from Dell. Make sure you have the drivers first!
Works very well for me. This is a genuine Dell docking station (TB16).
Make sure you download Dell Command Update first, and run it.
This tool will check your machine and see if you need any additional drivers or driver updates in order to run the TB16 correctly. Just make sure you check the box for TB16 when Command Update asks you what to download.
Once you have all the drivers, restart your machine. Then connect this docking station using the included USB-C cable. It should run smoothly.Lire l'avis complet...

I have several of these Dell TB16 thunderbolt docks. I think they are the best on the market in terms of performance and available connections.

Works very well. Set up take a bit of effort to make it the installs seamless.
Works amazing. Set up takes a bit of time because you need to download all the drivers. Once drivers are installed it installs all the peripherals automatically!

Razer Blade 2016
Seems to be compatible with my Razer Blade 2016 Laptop.
I find it works best if I close my laptop screen prior to un-docking (unplugging the USB-C Thunderbolt connection)
However, the dock does not work well with my Logitech G510s keyboard... the keyboard won't power-up correctly, so I have it plugged into my laptop.Lire l'avis complet...
