The product turned out to have the wrong-size jack to plug into my laptop. It LOOKED right in the picture when I ordered it, but it clearly wasn't the right piece. Now it's not returnable and I have a piece of equipment I will never be able to use. I recommend Dell computers in general

When I bought this 2-1 Laptop I was on a budget. If u are needing a lot of memory I would recommend buying an upgraded version. Works well

This is the one you should get. Don't buy the cheap no name brand power adapters. I had one that was not genuine and my battery would not charge. Get the OEM one.

It didn't work at first. I measured 0.3v output. It started working after being connected to the laptop for a few minutes. This laptop doesn't have a battery installed so it wasn't charging a battery. It seems like it needed to be plugged-in for a little while for it to be activated? It has worked fine since.
