Does Comet Elenin have any similarity to DEEP IMPACT movie? YES!

I purchased this movie because of the overwhelming similarities this movie has to recent events. It is well done movie and plays Morgan Freeman(a black man) as the President of the US. Love his acting ability! 10 years after this movie comes out...we have our first black president. The Secretary of Treasury announces at the beginning of this film he is retiring..Our Gaithner just announced leaving the same post as well 2 months ago..during budget talks. 27 mons from discovery of the comet in the movie have any similarity to present time frame? Unknown. Aug 16th..no comparison...since that date has come and gone for possible impact. It involves ELE..an Extinction Level Event..a comet impacting earth and doing a lot of damage. Comet Elenin was discovered 12-10-2010.In the movie, ELE was discovered 5-10-1998 and crashes 8-16-2000. Originally, ELE was 7 miles wide and because of the Messiah trip to destroy the comet..we only get a chuck 1.5 miles wide.

If the Illumannati is trying to tell us something with this movie as some suggest..Comet Elenin to pass by earth in October 2011 might have the connection in some way. Or 10th anniversary of 911 in September 2011 may be some sort of Extinction Level Event of another kind..Nuclear war. Hard to say..but there are at least 10 or more uncanny similarities to this movie to our present time frame to ignor a potential message. Judge for yourself!Lire l'avis complet...

A good asteroid disaster movie

Film critiquer, Gene Shallit of "Today" said it best, this film is a "Thriller with brains." That can (& should) be taken several ways: first, the cast is loaded with Hollywood's brightest & best actors; second, the science-based thriller is quite smart itself.

The story goes: Humanity has a few days before a gigantic comet is expected to crash into Earth. The scientific countdown to a sort of doomsday is gut-wrenching & fist-tightening. However, the human elements brought into the film balance the brainy parts with melodrama that is touching~

What the actors bring forth through their performances is the inevitable humane elements that are affected by harsh reality.Lire l'avis complet...

Really entertaining.It's a story if asteroids collide on earth,but quite interesting.
