Excellent films in good shape.

I bought this collection of discs for one title, "Dark of the Sun" which has never been widely distributed before. It's great quality and came in very good shape.

Good Action Movie

A good action movie set in the turmoil of 1960’s Africa. Rod Taylor and Jim Brown do a great job as Mercenary Soldiers of Fortune hired to do “a job”. Each Character has their own personal reason to do the job. Well presented Film with a host of other characters who provide twists and turns to the story line. This is a quality DVD. Several years ago I purchased a poor quality copy from a SE Asia manufacturer, it started failing to play properly so I purchased this Remastered copy from a far more reputable manufacturer. Overlooked classic!

Classic yet overlooked 1960's action adventure. There are some great fight scenes in this one. Set in post WWII Africa. Not to be missed.

... A solid action flic with good performances by Taylor and Brown.

Although not as good as the likes of "The Dirty Dozen" or "The Great Escape", "Dark Of The Sun" is a solid actioner. Great performance by Rod Taylor, and Jim Brown holds his own as Taylors mercenary-with-a-soul partner.
The remastered edition looks great on DVD and ya just gotta love any war movie thats got a train in it and a fight involving a chain saw!

Title doesn't fit the movie

Saw it at the theater years ago. Had a DVD of it that someone borrowed from me and never returned. Glad I was able to replace it!!
