Pretty good but inappropriate avatar

I like this disk because it has three different intensity levels. It would be better if it tracked time or calories like other fitness tapes. The workouts are great and really tone your core. The downside of this tape is the avatar you workout with is a little inappropriate. Its hard to get inspired to work out when you have to look at an avatar with a perfect body with boobs spilling out of sports bra, its kind of ridiculous. Great for beginners, Fun

I have never done pilates before this game. I really enjoyed it, but if someone has done a lot of pilates before they probably wouldn't find it very big challenge. I would call it beginning pilates. This program is as good as you are doing what mets your needs.

Bought this Wii Game to stretch out at home. Program has options for which stretch you want to do and how many reps. Still new to the program and learning the pro and cons. Good program when you want to stretch out certain areas and can program what stretches and in what order. This program is as good as you are doing what mets your needs.
