Great Improvement over past model

I also have the 18volt version of this radio - had it for years.
When I decided to ditch the old 18 volt NiCad batteries in favor of the 20v lithium ion, i needed a new radio/charger.
This unit is a major improvement from the old one Handy outlets on the side for one, storage spot for a cell phone/mp3 player, better circuit board, and much better sound.

Exceptional shipping and great sound. Don't know what makes this a recon. but everything looks and works like it's brand new.

I needed music and charger. I got it.

It's great for the use. Works fine at construction sites. Durable, has been dropped, banged, and a monkey took it up in a tree for a couple hours. Of course the monkey played Sinatra, so work slowed just a little. This is one of the older units, no BlueTooth built in, you can buy it, but who wants to buy it. I don't use Bluetooth anyways. Nice features, good price

The unit is built well. The antenna is stout and much better than telescoping metal ones. The built battery in charger is handy as well as the USB port. The radio station reception doesn't wander over time like other portable radios I've owned do. Well constructed with rugged power cord. Hasn't had to pass the drop or rain tests yet. UPDATE 7/20/20...the battery or capacitor that keeps stations and clock in memory no longer works.Lire l'avis complet...

looks new all manuals and cables included ...get one and enjoy it

i leave mine outside and leave it covered with a bbq canvas

The warehouse had a mishap and didn't send it, once I contacted them the mistake was fixed immediately and the radio was shipped overnight.
