Simple but effective
When I installed my Breathless Vortex CAI (which feeds air in from cavity in front on radiator) and saw how much debris was stuck in my AC condenser and radiator, I knew this was screen was a necessity. It’s a simple piece but fits just right, is made of a heavy gauge mesh that should keep the debris out while not impacting air flow, and is easy to install. For bottom breathing Vettes, it's a must have...
Fairly easy to install - remove 5 screws and slide the rolled edge behind the top of the air dam and under the radiator a bit, then slide the flat front edge under the bumper cover and replace screws. It's a little hard to square the screen up due to the side edges being cut edges that want to hang on everything and then lining up the screws to fit into the screen perforations. I probably spent 20 minutes, but I'm a perfectionist and wanted it fitted squarely and evenly. I think it will help keep the radiator a cleaner, especially from larger stuff like tumbleweeds, leaves, sticks and plastic bags - and prairie dogs (LOL).Lire l'avis complet...
