From the Movie Screen to the Printed Page

So on a super hot night in Florida, I perused the Blockbuster blue box and rented The Vampire's Assistant. My 13 year old must have watched that movie about 6 times before I finally pried it from her hands to return it after 2 days. And then the hunt was on for the books. Picked up a great deal on the first 4 books, she is breezing through them and I am now on the full on hunt for books 5-12 in the series. This is a kid that is not impressed by vampires, ala Twilight, but she is impressed by good writing and good reading.

Thumbs up for kids 10 and up...I will be reading the series next!Lire l'avis complet...
