It’s an ok light if used as part of a big lighting set up
This light is excellent to use during FAST RAVE songs. It’s what’s called a luxury light. It’s great to have for when the party is rocking. If you use this light all night long, without turning it off, the effects will get old real quick. If your just starting to build a dj light show, this is not the light for you. If you already have a dj light show and need some extra spark to pep things up, buy 2 of these and run them master/slave on each side of your truss. The colors are fantastic. The gobos are nice but they don’t stay still long enough to see them. Great dj light with a smoke/haze machine. It’s a shame Chauvet used an aggressive stepper motor in this model light. It would be a 5-star light if the user could have control of the rotation speed. That’s why I gave only 3-stars. I like it and own 4 of them but only use them a few times during my gigs. IT ALL DEPENDS ON YOUR SITUATION ...
This is not a cut and dry yes / no situation ... for what I wanted them for, it was not right. The DMX does NOT control the speed of the rotation. For someone else in a club situation or DJ situation, these may be great. They are very bright and the GOBO's are kind of cool.
I wanted a nice moonflower effect ... SLOW ROTATION ... for a band situation for a slow song ... this was NOT the ticket LOL Lire l'avis complet...

Good older model lights by Chauvet. Read the manual!! Works beautifully and these are med to small overall in size with a nice moonflower pattern. I can put two side by side in one padded bag for transport. Good buy 👍Lire l'avis complet...
