Great Modem
Everything came quickly and brand new. It was easy to install, and I wished I had upgraded a while back. Verry nice product!

Router
Received the router and immediately set it up. It was a very easy process and once connected it worked great. We were very happy and impressed with its speed and happy with the purchase. Then 5 days later, it died. I tried rebooting and reinstalling but nothing worked. It seems impossible to troubleshoot this type of thing without internet capability but I ended up returning the router to ebay and buying a different one. Lire l'avis complet

It functions well as a modem/router but I'm still having problems accessing its web interface for advanced setting & features.

Doesn’t detect DSL. Tried in other locations that were using the same type of modem and the others had no issue connecting. It just didn’t work.
