good starter scope

I have purchased at least a dozen of these new and used to give to families with children and rural schools . Easy to use and take care of . Solid construction and a really good starter scope .

I purchased the telescope for my grandson for Christmas. Then I purchased a second one for my husband. When the first one came in he loved it and I ended up buying the second one for him. On Christmas Day the guys put both of them together and it was really a hit. For the price, it is excellent. Perfect scope for the entire family!!

I was hesitant buying this scope for my 7 year old son, but we are so glad we did. He loves looking at the stars!! We can't wait for warmer nights so we can spend more time outside with this. Very good telescope for beginning astronomers or anyone interested in stars, planets, and the moon. Our telescope was easy to set up, easy to use.

Easy to learn and use.

A well made and functional scope. Ideal for a first time novice
