Mickey’s Castle of Illusuon is one of my favorite sega genesis games. Great graphics and gameplay. Excellent game for any retro video game collector.

Best game EVER!

I bought this game because I played it when I was little and it was and still is my absolute favorite game of all time for sega genesis! I think it is so great that I had to go out and purchase a sega genesis along with this game just so I could play it again! I would without a doubt buy this game again! I love the different levels and how each one has its own unique challenges.. there are many evils to overcome such as bonefish, toy soliders, bookworms, knights, trees and mushrooms, and bats. At the end of each level you must defeat something.. a dragon, a toy clown, or a totem pole of jumping goblins. Each level is completely different from the next and requires different abilities. At the very end of the game you must defeat the witch Mizrabel to get Minnie back. There is not one thing I dislike about this game! It has different spooky factors, but with Mickey as the main character, it makes it fun for all ages! The theme music switches from level to level and will definitely make you laugh- it is so unique and random that you cant help but to dance and hum along to it while you're playing the game!Lire l'avis complet...

Fun eye-candy for Disney and Sega fans alike, Side-scrolling adventure.

A friend of mine had this back in the 90's and I've recently started playing my old consoles. This is one of the few games that I enjoyed and I didn't personally own.

Mickey is well animated and the stages are vivid. I personally enjoy this side-scrolling adventure more than Super Mario or Sonic. It's set at a bit of a slower pace than either of them and Mickey has less tricks up his sleeve, but that doesn't take away any of the fun.

If you enjoy this one, I DO NOT recommend either of the 'sequels'... "World of Illusion" and "Timeless Adventure", they are quite a bit different and not a fun.Lire l'avis complet...

I love the graphics, there close to super nintendo graphics and I love disney games a lot. I bought this game cause I played it years ago when I was a kid and enjoyed it a lot.
