Great watch. Does everything I could want it to do. Love it!
Great watch! Powered by light, never needs a battery. Atomic controlled, so it should be precise day after day -- as long as you leave it at night so it syncs.
I wouldn't count on it really being waterproof, however. The one I just bought was to replace one I've worn for many years without a problem -- until I decided it needed to be cleaned in on its back. I used a toothbrush and dish washing detergent and it soaked inside and ruined it. So I had to buy another. As long as you don't do what I did it should be fine.Lire l'avis complet...

Best watch & value for the money
This my second GW9010-1 Casio. I gave the first one to my son.
This watch offers the most useful features for your dollar.
1. Tough Solar power; so you don't need to replace batteries.
2. It's smart also and syncs its time against the over the air calibration signal, Atomic Time Keeping.
3. A power saving function to keep you going longer for those times when there is no sun to recharge.
4. You can set it to automatically light up as you twist your wrist towards you, cool & useful feature.
5. It is also Mud & water resistant (200M Water Resistant) . A helpful asset since I work with mine.
6. Its a G-Shock, so very tough and durable good looking watch.
These attributes are the ones I find the most useful among the many other features included in the watch. I haven't found a Casio watch with this many features.
It isn't too big just big enough to look manly. Nor is it heavy, so you aren't carrying around an anchor so big it gets in your way.
One exception, is that the buttons are hard to press. They eventually become easier to push with time as you break it in. But, given the many attributes this watch offers for the money its a small inconvenience.

Great Watch!
This is the 4th G-Shock watch that I have owned and this one is one of the best. The solar, shock and waterproof features are the most notable. The only reason I bought another G-Shock is that I gave my old one to a guy that didn't have a watch. That one was over 7 years old and going like new.Lire l'avis complet...
