Perfect genuine part and they're original pella replacements for my old windows.
Work great. Definitely worth replaceing the old worn out finish from over the years. Makes the old windows look new.

Worn out and useless
The teeth on the handle were worn out to the point where it could not grip the spindle therefore unable to open or close the window... rendering itself absolutely useless
