it doesn't work with my car. very poor explanation by the manufacturer of how to use it. no customer support. It says you have to install software on your car's infotainment system. there's no way to do that on an Alfa RomeoLire l'avis complet...

Currently, the unit shipped to me didn’t work for the car that was listed as a supported car. I have been working with the manufacturer to get it to work. I’m going to try a different usb cable that will give more power to the device to see if that helps. It does work in a friends car with no issues just not my carLire l'avis complet...

Disconnects & Connects
I’ve tried forgetting the device in my settings and reconnecting and almost everything to make it work but seems to connect and disconnect after no more than 2/3 songs. Google Maps doesn’t work properly either but the real issue is the Bluetooth connection.
