Begging for more. The music quality of this CD is outstanding. Sara's voice and lyrics (some co-written by band memeber Javier Dunn) leave you awestruck and stunned that music with this quality is still being made. The lyrics are sung straight from the heart, leaving one satisfied and fulfilled. I really can't say enough, the CD is amazing! Even better in concert, but when you need to escape from the world at your own command, this CD is the best chance you have.
Sara has been described as a twist between Sarah McLachlan and Norah Jones. Her music a mix between jazz, pop and blues. So if any of these music types or performers appeal to you, and even if they don't, give it a try it'll be worth every penny.Lire l'avis complet...

If you're a Sara Bareilles fan you need to get this CD. What a great look/listen into Sara's developement as a recording artist. If you don't take this opportunity to add this to your collection, you are going to regret it when it becomes unavailable. Lession learned for me...I purchased the Little Voice 2 CD set which includes what I believe is the best performance of her song Gravity available (included on the bonus 'stripped' CD). When I wanted to share this with a friend by buying her, her own copy I discovered that it was out of print. I won't make that mistake twice.Lire l'avis complet...

Excellent early Bareille's work.

This hard to find CD is wonderful. The earlier recordings of other artists are rarely as polished as the tracks Sara offers here. Buy it if you can find it.

This cd is fantastic and she really is a star! She truly has a wonderful gift that should be shared through her amazing song writing skills, both musically and lyrically.
