When you need to replace the micro screen on your Omron, one thing that pops into your mind is how much it’ll set you back. I’ve owned 3 Omron nebulizers. They are the only ones I own and the only type I trust. I had to wonder if a cheaper screen would be as good and I have to say that they are every bit as good as the more expensive ones. Ordered this from Japan (might as well go to the source!) last year and was VERY pleased. It's the real-deal and I highly recommend it. In fact, I recommend this little Omron nebulizer, itself. Still doesn’t work

I purchased the mesh cap, as it is OMRON’s recommended fix for ‘failure to emit a full gas stream’. While the gas stream is slightly improved, it is intermittent and below an adequate amount for use.

Thought I was getting an omron nebulizer not a meshcap for a omron nebulizer just maybe it should have read "Mesh cap for omron nebulizer" instead of " Omron nebulizer mesh cap"
