Good camera

Within the first two weeks was working great, use to have an xsi and this one Takeshi excellent pictures, but as my xsi within 3 weeks it started with problems related to the flash not popping up, sound like it tríes 3 tomes but nothing happen. WOW! I Love it!

I purchased the Canon EOS T1i for my birthday and WOW!!!! The picture quality is awesome and everyday I can't wait to use it. The clarity of each photograph is exceptional because of the 15.1 MP. I recommend that if you're an amateur at this DSLR buisness that you read the manual in advance but the camera is sooo cool I couldn't wait...but it would have helped me a great deal. I was impressed with quality of this product. I went back and forth between a Canon and a Nikon but after some serious research I found out the the brands go neck in neck as far as quality but the Canon was much more economical. The other day while shopping for camera accessories, the Camera Sales lady at Costco commented to me that in her past years of developing pictures she found that the quality of the Canon's photos always seemed sharper than others including Nikon. (She sold all brands cameras including Nikon) Anyway....this is my two cents.Lire l'avis complet...

Great Camera

I have been a photographer for 30 years working with 35mm, 4x5, 8x10 and digital. I just upgraded from an 8 mp Canon XT. And I am very pleased with the improvements on the T1i. I can use my remote shooting window again! - as the old Rebel was not compatible with 64 bit systems. I have used Canon equipment since my first SLR - an ftb in 1975 - and have never had and complaints. The larger preview / menus screen is a real plus, as well as the added flexibility. I don't use video so that's not a concern. As far as people complaining about lenses, I don't get that one, I don't think the naked eye can tell the difference.Lire l'avis complet...

The Cannon T1i is a great camera for both beginners and pros!

I upgraded to this camera from a Cannon Rebel xt and while I loved my old xt all I have to say about the T1i is... WOW. This thing is amazing!!. It takes great pictures and the manual is very easy to understand, even for someone like me, who is not very tech savvy and is a novice at taking photos. I wanted a new camera because my kids play sports and I was having trouble getting good action shots at my sons football games because they are at night. My troubles are over! I would wager that this camera would take pictures in any light! Not to mention the bonus of taking video. I would highly recommend this camera to both professionals and anyone wanting to upgrade from a point and shoot!Lire l'avis complet...

I love it, it is the best thing I have bought on eBay for a long time... no words can describe how happy I am.. photos come out great, my rescued & re-trained dogs come out beautiful and pictures are clear with so much crispiness, I highly recommend this camera for beginners in SLR photography as well as semi-professionals.. thank you, Adrian! Good package for beginning photographer.

I am pleased with every item that was included in this package except, the flash. I was really only after the camera and the included lenses and so I was happy to find a deal that included everything that I needed to start taking awesome pictures.

The canon t1i does not disappoint. The pictures are crisp clear and clean pictures. The camera feels good in your hands with enough weight to feel like a quality product but not so heavy that your arms tire quickly from holding it.

The included tamron lenses are, as many reviews say, a bit noisy while focusing however, they also seem to be built with exceptional quality.

The flash, as I stated above, is the disappointment of the whole lot. What I don't like about it is that it feels cheap and looks cheap. It is the piece that doesn't belong. Its the piece that does not seem worthy of the quality feel of the t1i.

Great Buy!

My Canon T1i/500D had a shutter count of 9,060 (9%) which is encouraging. Along with the camera came 1 canon battery, charger and a nice Rebel case (which I love) oh, and three SD card holders.

Canon T1i digital camera

Thought I would move up from my Sony F-828. WRONG! While the T1i has far less shutter lag, the image quality is terrible for the price. After reading other reviews, I can see I should have done more research on Canon optics as that apparently is where the problem lies. I miss some artistic options the Sony had but mostly the image quality of the Carl Zeiss lens. Will probably sell this T1i at a loss and go back to Sony for the quality, not the speed. In truth I miss my Minolta's. They were simple, fast, and accurate. Sony is the closest I can come as they bought Minolta. Just don't know why Sony has so much shutter lag. Course, don't know why Canon won't offer the artistic values and the quality for what they charge for their product. If you buy a Canon, GO BIG. $20,000 for a camera will get you the best. fantastic value

it pairs exceptionally well with my 16-35mm L lens. the white balance is better than earlier canons, including the 50d (which I've also owned and shot with extensively). i miss the dual display on the prosumer canons, but i quickly adjusted to the one large display. i used to desire the 5d because it is full frame, but frankly, i get enough depth of field with this t1i. at a pixel level, the images have a little bit of chromatic noise, but it's very uniform, even film-like. i do make prints of my images. i'm very happy with the performance/ price of this camera.Lire l'avis complet...
