Great lightweight camera that delivers quality and features galore.
Excellent little camcorder. It's light, versatile and filled with features.
I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the camera was. Picture quality was very nice.
If I have any complaints it's that I had a tough time figuring out some advanced features one was how to take photos. I wound up having to reinitialize the internal drive and then I could save to the internal drive. I still can't figure out how to save to the SD card although it says you can.
I recommend going to the Canon site and download the full manual since it only comes with a hard copy of the quick start manual, Wi-Fi guide and transfer manual. The full manual was how I figured out to initialize the drive. I still haven't figured out the Wi-fi and transfer or how to use my Iphone to control but I'm reading through the documentation.
As you see you'll need the manual to understand the icons and all the features and how to access them. The manual was easy to obtain from the website.
It's easy to use all the regular features so don't be discouraged by my comments. I really love the camera.
There are still many features I've yet to test but based on what I have used I know I'll be happy.
The merchant I purchased this from had it listed at a very reasonable price so the value vs cost was excellent. Look around so you get a good deal.
I love it's light weight. I plan on taking the camera with me on vacation and was looking for something small, light weight but filled with features. This certainly filled the bill.
The battery lasts a long time. Make sure to get high speed, large SD cards so you don't have to change often. I originally had a 8gb card but that only gave me approx 45 min of recording time at a fairly high quality. You can lower the quality to get more but I was unwilling to do so. I've ordered some 16gb and 32gb high speed cards to solve that problem.
As a usual Sony person I wasn't sure how I'd like this Canon but I must tell you I'm glad I purchased this one. It delivers great 'bang' for the 'buck'. You won't be disappointed with it.Lire l'avis complet...
Shipping was good, the camera could have been packaged a little better in the non original box. However, the camera works and functions as it should.

Only con is I wish it came with the loop holder for your hand to hold it better. I am not even sure you can purchase one separately, so I mounted a cord to it with a wrist strap to make sure I don't accidently drop it.Lire l'avis complet...

Overall camcorder liked the photo quality is very good, sound happy only in the dark photo quality is not high. The stabilizer is very good. Immediately ordered a tripod. battery enough for about 1.5 hours, fits comfortably in your hand, touch like.Lire l'avis complet...
