What's not to like?

What, I ask you, is not to like about Calvin and Hobbes? Funny, insightful, provocative in extremis. Calvin should be the poster-child for the ADHD generation! And if you can sublime yourself into Calvin's head, you will get a whole new perspective of that childhood that fades with the aging process. The frantic pace of Calvin and Hobbes daily routine contrasts magnificently with those precious and few moments of pathos. When Mr. Watterson ended the series, I felt a little bit of myself die, deep inside. Like the ferocious dinosaurs that Calvin resurrects in his personal psyche-world, I relive a little bit of my own childhood each time I read (and re-read perpetually!)my Calvin and Hobbes collections! Thank You for all those wonderful hours, Mr. Watterson! ....and what could be more ominous than an EBay reviewers?

As Hilarious As Ever, Bill Watterson Does It Again!

Oh man...Bill Watterson does it again! Another hilarious collection of short comic strips from the 80's and 90's! Our favorites include the one where Calvin accidentally crashes his mom's car, the one where he has a transmorgrifier, and the other 250+ pages of hilarity!

Calvin And Hobbes

I love the comic. The book is just the right size for handling regardless if one is in bed, on a couch, or riding in a car. The illustrations are amusing and, at the end of a busy day at the office, meetings and conferences, I just like to kick back and put things into perspective. I bought it because it was the one I did not have. This particular one was also in good shape and at a reasonable price.I just enjoy reading it.Lire l'avis complet...
