Blower does not work

I bought 2 Calista Airglide Cool Breeze Stylers. The product would be great if the cooling fans worked. Unfortunately both of them sound like the blower is on but when I put a feather near the vents it is clear that it is noise only.Lire l'avis complet...

Heats quickly. However, it doesn't hold my hair tightly as it glides, so have to keep repeating the same section of hair over and over.
