What a lifesaver. There was no way I could have removed the plug on my hot water heater. Otherwise, given the configuration, I am not certain when my unit was last rent decalcified since the couple I bought it from hadn’t used it in over a year due to illness. Just emptying and irrigating so greatly improved the performance, I cannot wait to decalcify so that I can take a nice long shower!
