Easy Fix for Lazy C3 Headlight Actuators

If you don’t want to spend the money on new headlight actuators, this kit will reseal them and provide tight vacuum, if the problem is not the internal diaphragm. My actuators looked new but they were destroyed. It was a very simple repair. I use 2cycle oil as a penetrant, took it apart , replaced with kit & lights are working like they did 20 years ago

Got the job done

Got the job done. Headlight goes up now but for how long? The inner rubber piece is really thin in one area just like the last one where ii failed and started leaking, Oh well, the originals are long gone and these are the only ones available today.Lire l'avis complet...

Pop up headlights working again

Solved the problem. Was a prefect fit / direct replacement. The original 3 clip metal rings might be reusable if you don't damage them.
