Perfect workout for me. Would buy it again.

I was not disappointed in this Denise Austin DVD. It's hard enough to make me feel like I've worked out but doesn't require too much jumping. I use it at least once a week now and look forward to it each time. She changes moves enough so that I don't get bored, yet doesn't make the routines so tricky that I can't do them.I would definitely recommend this.Lire l'avis complet...

Yay! I love Denise! I have been collecting her videos for awhile now, and they just keep getting better!!! She is very motivating. If I hadn't started working out with Denise I'd still be a slave to that horribly boring treadmill. These workouts are fun, creative and easy to catch onto. Once again, Denise is just too Perky

I have tried Denise Austin workouts in the past and forgot, I just can't get past her being so annoying and perky. If you can tolerate her voice, the workout itself is not bad. It incorparates many kickboxing moves other DVD's offer and I did break a sweat but I had to stop half way through because I can't stand her voice.
