Damaged, but satisfied

I opened up the box and pulled out the item. I noticed a 1 square inch triangular shaped piece sliding across the plastic bag. It turned out that the item had been damaged. I glued the piece back together. It may have been caused by the shipping and handler but other than that I’m satisfied.
