I don't think there is any way that this knife is worth $160. To me, that is entirely too expensive for an electric knife. with that being said. Great knife

Love it. Have been using it for everything. Fish, cutting Meat to make jerky. It does it all with ease.

Great product. Very powerful

Works very well, but not very forgiving like a normal knife when filleting fish. Bit heavy on the back end, took a bit of time to get used to but works great. Plenty of battery life. Went thru 40 panfish without needing to switch batteries.Lire l'avis complet...

Faster cleaning

I can fillet a fish much faster than cleaner than with a regular fillet knife. I love it!

Amazing knife. I love that I can process my fish anywhere I want. The blades are so sharp.

Built to Last a Long Time

Very good quality knife. Pretty heavy though. Make sure you understand how heavy it is before you buy. Super for bigger fish. You may want to go another way if your primary use is panfish.

Blades

The blades are junk. Hard to explain, they act like they’re to coarse. Put my old Rapala blades in and worked great. Fix the blade issue and you will have a great knife.
