Breast Cancer For Dummies
This book covers all aspects of breast cancer. I used it for reference for a thesis paper and also to understand more about what someone very dear to me is going through. If you have been diagnosed with breast cancer, this is an informative book. It clarifies things in simple language. Things become a little less scary when we understand them. I would have liked more photos for comparisons, but it was very good as is. It should be required reading for females and males alike because breast cancer isn't only for women and it is not a death sentence!
I took this same book out of the library but decided that it is a good book to own.Lire l'avis complet...
well written though outdated
The book is very user friendly and has some great information. I found it useful but some of the information included is outdated. There have fortunately been significant advances made (based breast cancer research) which obviously were not known at the time of the book's writing. Treatment should be based on the current research so would recommend newly diagnosed women or men look for newer resources.Lire l'avis complet...

Breast Cancer for Dummies by Monica Morrow, M.D,
What a wonderful informative book. Easy to understand. When I was being diagnosed, it was the first book I thought about purchasing. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is battling, or a loved one. You will get so much out of this book. It's easier to understand that other books on the subject. If you're confused, this is the book that will help you understand better.Lire l'avis complet...
