ok video all in all

My wife really enjoyed the entire series of videos. She really worked up a sweat doing everything she could that they told her to do. The work-outs are pretty good and everything you expect from a video like this. The only minus is my wife like most others gave up to quickly doing this, you know there is no one forcing them to do the workout like at a health club.
