Voice coil defective, damaged
These were only hooked up to a Pioneer Head unit, 50wx4, about a week ago I was noticing crackling and popping distortion in one 6x9. Today I inspected each speaker, and the failed speaker you can feel and hear the voice coil grinding along it's travel path, there is no visual damage anywhere in the speaker it's self. These are not 2 months old yet, I suspect a defect in the voice coil, I specifically picked a pair of 6x9 that would never go near it's RMS value so I would not have any issues with possibly blowing the speaker. From what I can see, these are still under warranty. I have all original boxes and paper work, and had registered these online when I finally installed them on 7/15/17.Lire l'avis complet...

Great budget speakers!
Work very well and easy install in my 95 Bonneville. Sound is fairly good, not very deep bass but that may be my 50w channel limitation not sure. Sound is crisp, clear and loud, great mid range. Anyway they work better than most at this price.Lire l'avis complet...

Doesn't fit
The speakers didn't fit my 02 Toyota Camry which eBay advised that it would. Had to drill holes in the door to keep it in place and even so, it didn't fit totally over the space.
