NOT WHAT I EXPECTED
This book on tape was more like listening to an "info-mercial" than what I expected. I was hoping for REAL insight such as the type in the original book but this just seemed to go over and over the same things and did not hold my interest AT ALL. In my opinion it was a waste of time and money! BUY THE BOOK INSTEAD!!Lire l'avis complet...

Awesome!
This is the original Body for Life book read by Bill Phillips and with comments from participants. I would highly recommend these tapes if you can find them!
