Second-user Blackberry.....
I live and work in a border area, and sometimes the 'roaming charges' can be horrendous, even though the person you are calling might be just a few miles away, but the other side of the border..... So I figured a SIM-card for each side of the border would be useful - use the correct Sim-card for whichever side of the border I'm on. That works ok, except for changing the cards, which can be fiddly and frustrating, especially if you have to call people on both sides..... So, it was decided to have two phones.........
As my first phone was in good nick, I decided to buy a used phone as the second one - didn't want to get a phone linked to any Plan; I just wanted a cheap, working, simple mobile phone..... There is plenty of choice and prices to match, but not too many are 'simple' - don't want a camera or Internet access or messages from the far side of the Universe - just the ability to make phone calls and send texts......
The Blackberry does this in spades - the Qwerty keyboard is easy to use despite the small buttons, and the phone itself is fine. There are many more facilities built into the phone, but I choose not to use them, and as the phone was cheap, I don't feel that I have bought a bundle of modern technology that I can't use, or that I would have to take night-school classes to learn HOW to use.
So I now have a cheap, working, simple mobile phone, and my roaming charges are now somewhat less.
Sure, the phone is a bit larger than most, but that makes it easier to spot when I want it, and harder to leave behind when I don't. It is capable of far more than I will ever ask it to do - unless I should ever get a brain transplant - and it's entirely fit for purpose. I will never spend several hundred pounds Sterling and buy a NEW one - even after I've picked up that lottery jackpot next week - but it's worth every penny that I paid for it, and I'll be sorry when it dies (as they, and we, always do.......) Good, if slightly old phone, with some design flaws.
I bought this as a phone with slightly more features than my previous very basic phone, and as it was unlocked. I love the QWERTY keyboard for texting as that's largely what I use it for, but the roller on the side is a little annoying and has led me to send accidental texts and call people I didn't mean to. Overall, it's a good, if slightly flawed design. Battery life is a bit of a problem - it goes flat within 24 hours; don't know if the battery just needs replacing though.Lire l'avis complet...
Extremely basic but a good 'back-up' phone
I decided to buy this phone as the screen on my phone at the time had cracked but I was not sure what phone I wanted to have (I want the best model for me) and as I needed a 'back-up' phone for basic contact I chose this.
I liked the keys but imagined this being more high-tec than it actually was. This phone was rather similar to my first ever phone at the age of 13 (the only difference being no snake game and a hint of colour).
I couldn't use this for more than a few weeks (now have an iPhone4) but it served its purpose.
I had no idea Blackberrys were available back in the day but clearly they were. My cousin has a new one and mocked it profusely, even calling it my "blueberry".Lire l'avis complet...
just a bog standard phone
not what i thought it would be no camera no video just abog standard phone i thought i was buying a phone with internet access and ease of use but it was delivered quickly

it might just be me, but i totally do not understand these phones! i am up to date with touch screen, internet, apps etc, but this was so hard work! i will stick to my samsung!!very chunky too and not really attractiveLire l'avis complet...

I thought this was a bargain when i got it, turns out any software i downloaded for it was not compatable with the old tech in the phone. wasted a fiver on the O2 blackberry tariff. Also no place for a memory card and it did not play mp3 music or tones. Learning by my mistakes.Lire l'avis complet...

The rings arent loud enough for me also have some problem, I think, with the phone book.Thats all.
The price was very good,and the rest are OK all.

I couldnt use this phone so I had to , resell it, It was very difficult to use without a manual. I just couldnt cope with phone.

the phone is not working in good way,some time is freez and turn off alone and some time when i make calls disappoint me ,in difrent way.
